DriveGig respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control your information.
Information We Collect
Contact details you submit through our forms or chat (name, phone, email, city), the gig platforms you drive for, and messages you send us. We do not perform credit checks.
How We Use It
To review your application, contact you about your rental, provide roadside and maintenance support, and improve our service. We share limited data with our CRM (GoHighLevel) and email provider (Resend) strictly to serve you.
Non-sharing Clause
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Chat & Recording Notice
When you use our website chatbot, transcripts may be reviewed to improve responses. Phone calls to (678) 954-2325 may be recorded for quality and training.
