Terms of Service
Effective July 2026
These Terms govern your use of the DriveGig website and rental services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 25 years old, hold a valid Georgia driver's license, and be actively approved on a supported gig platform (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, GrubHub, Amazon Flex, or Spark).
Rentals & Payments
Rentals are billed weekly. A $0 deposit is required to start. Unlimited miles are included for gig work in Metro Atlanta. Late or missed payments may result in vehicle deactivation.
Vehicle Use
Vehicles must be used lawfully and primarily for gig-economy driving. Smoking, off-road use, and out-of-state travel without written permission are prohibited.
Maintenance & Roadside
Routine maintenance and 24/7 roadside assistance are included. Damage caused by negligence, collision, or misuse is the renter's responsibility.
SMS Terms
The Vicarage Group (DriveGig)
When you opt in, you can expect to receive text messages about appointment reminders and confirmations, order and delivery updates, service updates, special offers, discounts, and new product updates related to our car rental services.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (678) 954-2325. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
